If you have not received a confirmation email, the first thing you should do is check your spam folder. Sometimes the emails get diverted there. If you do not find your confirmation email there, kindly:

Get in touch with our team on 9810187717. Give them your full name and date of arrival.
Alternately, you can send the central reservation team an email on booking@thehosteller.com with your details. They will make sure to resend your confirmation email to you.
