We'll always try our best to put you and your friends in the same room except in case of groups of 4+ size where you might have different dorms. Make sure you get in touch with the hostel before you arrive to make sure they know.

How can I do a Group Booking?
Please make sure you check the availability of the hostel first. If you’d like to book for up to 4+, you may do so directly on the hostel page. Or else you can contact us on email@example.com with your query.
How do I book The Hosteller?
To book your stay with us follow the below steps: Step 1 - Visit our website thehosteller.com Step 2 - Click on "Book Now" Step 3 - Select the city in which you want to stay. Step 4 - Select the check-in and check-out dates and click Book Now. Step 5 - Select the room you want to book. Note: When booking a dormitory bed, 1 room = 1 bed.
How long can I stay at a Hostel?
Company policy dictates that no guest can reside in the hostel for more than a period of 7 days. It also depends upon availability. Get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 9810187717 directly to check.
Will there be washroom attached in all the private rooms or dorms?
YES. Except in The Hosteller, Delhi. All the Dorms have a common washroom on all floors. And there are two categories of private rooms : 1. Private room with washroom. 2. Private room with balcony.
Can I change my booking?
If you have a confirmed reservation, you can reach out to email@example.com to get you booking amended. Make sure to clearly mention your reservation number and the dates for amendment. Note: The amendment is subject to availability on the new dates. The booking advance is non-refundable and would be adjusted in the new booking. Make sure to read our Booking Extension policy for further details.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel a hostel booking, make sure you check our cancellation policy first. Drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the your reservation number and relevant details and we'll get it done for you.
I haven't received a confirmation mail. What should I do?
Don't worry, just get in touch with the hostel directly and give them your full name and date of arrival. Alternately, drop us a line on email@example.com
Do you have any discount codes available?

Can I still book if I don't have a credit card?
Yes. Please drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you with the advance using other payment modes like netbanking, ddebit cards, payment gateways etc.
Can under age 18 stay in the hostel?
We are sorry, but you have to be above 18 years of age to stay in The Hosteller. Please have a look at our Policies before making a booking.
