Can I be sure me and my friends would be in the same dorm?
The reservation team always tries to put groups in the same dorm room. But, in cases of groups that are 4+ dorm rooms might be different. This also depends on availability in each dorm room and type of dorm room (mixed/female) that has been selected. How do I cancel my booking?
Any and all cancellation requests are tended to by the reservation team. To cancel your booking, kindly write them an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to mention your reservation ID and all relevant details. You can read our cancellation policy here.
Does every room have an attached washroom?
Yes. Every dorm room and private room comes attached with a washroom. Washrooms are checked and cleaned every couple of hours. If you want your washroom to be cleaned, you can always contact reception and housekeeping will be dispatched immediately.
How long can I stay at a Hostel?
The maximum duration of a stay at any of our hostels according to policy is 7 days. However, if you would like to have your booking extended, you can always get in touch with the manager at the reception. They would be more than happy to help you out. Please note, extensions are dependent on hostel policy and availability of rooms. Can I book without a credit card?
Yes, you can. Payments on the website can be made with debit cards, net banking, UPI and many popular Wallets. If none of these methods are working for you or you are unable to use them, please drop the central reservation team an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help you.
I haven't received a confirmation mail. What should I do?
If you have not received a confirmation email, the first thing you should do is check your spam folder. Sometimes the emails get diverted there. If you do not find your confirmation email there, kindly: Get in touch with our team on 9810187717. Give them your full name and date of arrival. Alternately, you can send the central reservation team an email on email@example.com with your details. They will make sure to resend your confirmation email to you.
Can I change my booking?
If you have a confirmed reservation, you can reach out to our central reservation team at firstname.lastname@example.org for any amendments. Make sure to clearly mention your reservation number and the dates. Please Note: The amendment is subject to availability on the new dates. The booking advance is non-refundable and would be adjusted in the new booking. You can read our booking policies here.
How can I do a Group Booking?
A group booking can be easily done on the website. All you have to do is go to the hostel page, select the dates and then select how many dorm beds you would like to book. If you are unsure of the process, kindly write to the central reservation team on email@example.com and they would be happy to help you out. Please Note: Check the availability of the hostel first before making group bookings.
Do you have any discount codes available?

Can under age 18 stay in the hostel?
