Do you offer food too?
Yes. The Hosteller Delhi, Goa, Jaipur, Kasol, Manali, McleodGanj and Bir have an in-house cafe/restaurant where you can order delicious and healthy food at a resonable cost. Pushkar does not have an in-house cafe. You can always get food delivered from outside as well. Please contact the reception if you need help ordering food.

Is The Hosteller safe for solo female travelers?
Absolutely! The Hosteller has served more than 30,000 solo female travelers till date and hasn't had any untoward incident in our 5+ years of operations. We have taken all safety precautions to ensure that you have a safe, fun-filled stay with like minded people. If you are concerned about your privacy, you can always avail a female only dorm (select locations only) or choose a private room for your stay.

Yes, most definitely. If you would like a bus/taxi/train/airplane booking for before your arrival at the hostel, kindly write to the central reservation team on booking@thehosteller.com or call us on 9810187717. If you would like to book a bus/train/taxi/airplane for yourself or a friend after arrival, kindly contact the travel desk at the hostel. They would be more than happy to help you. Please Note: Bookings will contain a nominal service fee.

Is The Hosteller safe?
Absolutely. At The Hosteller we give immense attention on the security of our guests and their belongings. All the hostels are under CCTV surveillance 24x7, and every employee of the hostel has got his/her background checked and certified. Our hostels also have security guards in the premises.

Can someone help me to plan my city excursion?
All our hostels have a dedicated travel desk to help plan your travels. Our Community Managers and Senior Managers will be more than happy to help you plan your city tours and excursions. There are several local walks and tours that you can avail from the hostel itself. And if there is someplace else you would like to visit, our team would be happy to help you plan that as well. All you gotta do is ask :)

What is my refund status?

Can I keep my luggage at the hostel?
Yes. If you are staying with us in a dorm room, you can store your luggage and valuables in the lockers provided with each dorm bed. If you are looking to store your luggage overnight or before/after your stay; you can avail our cloak rooms. They are present in every hostel. Your luggage will be kept safe till you come back to collect it. Please Note: Extra charges might be applicable on extended cloak room usage. Can we share one single dorm bed?
Every dorm bed is single occupancy by default. Hostel policies do not allow accommodation of more than one person on a single dorm bed; keeping in mind the comfort of other travellers staying in the dorm.

As of now, we do not have a specific menu dedicated to only Jain style food. However, we are very careful of our traveller's needs and you can definitely contact the on ground team or cafe manager for your specific nutritional needs and they will do their very best to accommodate them.
